CAT Footwear Promotional Gift

Client: Wolverine Worldwide
Brand: CAT Footwear EU

Wolverine Worldwide commissioned us to create a promotional gift for CAT Footwear EU, something compact, useful, and unmistakably on-brand. Our solution was a scaled-down version of a CAT shoe box, reimagined as a functional storage box with a hidden surprise.

When the lid slides off, a multitool keyring is automatically delivered into the user’s hand, creating a moment of delight. The box and internal track were bent using our box press bender, with all CAD developed in Fusion 360. Every laser-cut component was assembled in-house at our workshop.

This project is a great example of how small-run objects can be thoughtfully designed for purpose and impact. We create bespoke fabrication solutions across all scales, from limited batches to full manufacturing runs.
