FAQ

I don't know how to use CAD. Can you work from a sketch or idea?

We often work with artists to interpret their ideas into physical objects. Our background in sculpture means we are in-tune with making sure the finished work retains the initial concept. We are happy to guide you through the process and tailor the involvement of the artist to what is required.

What should I include in my initial enquiry?

Please include the desired materials and finish, dimensions, lead time and budget. If you do not have all of this information available don’t worry, one of our friendly team will help you in a consultation.

How much will it cost?

Lead times and prices vary depending on the project. 50% of the project cost is due upfront. We will order what is required immediately after the first payment is made. The second payment is due on completion of the work.  For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Do you offer installation or delivery?

Yes, Rubino Wilson offers delivery for most fabricated parts and assemblies. We can arrange local delivery across the UK, or organise courier transport for smaller local items. Delivery options and costs are confirmed during quoting so you know exactly what to expect.

Can I visit your workshop to discuss my project?

Yes, you’re welcome to visit us in person to review designs or discuss fabrication options.

Do you take on small, one‑off jobs?

Yes — we handle everything from single custom parts to full production runs.
